CHARLOTTE, NC (AP) The Bobcats waived guard Javaris Crittenton (notes) on Friday, sending a brief stay in Charlotte in his attempt in the NBA from a sprained ankle and a long suspension for his role in Gilbert Arenas (Notes) Pistol back door.
